2. Thursday morning’s All-Member Zoom is happening, per usual, this Thursday, September 11 at 9:30 am. Sue Lerner will send out the link and questions on Wednesday.
3. A reminder that Barbara Oswald’s Please Touch exhibit at the Fogue Studios & Gallery runs September 6 – 28, with the opening from 5 pm to 9 pm on Saturday, September 13: 2025 SHOW SCHEDULE Member Connie Glinsman shows her art and jewelry at the Fogue as well, so stop in to see her work while you’re there. The Fogue is in Georgetown, 5519 Airport Way South.
4. Sunday Arboretum Walk, September 14. Meet Dick Zerbe at 9 am at the Arboretum’s Graham Visitors Center.
5. Looking ahead to displays by our talented members whose art you can enjoy, Peggy O’Donnell will be reading her poetry at the Drunken Owl Theatre, September 26-28: Drunken Owl Theatre – Original works performed live without a net. She'd love to see WH friends there.
6. Gray Wilson is always looking for ways to make things better and easier for you on our website (and in general). 8. Only one or two spots still available for an opportunity that begins at the end of September: Join a small group of people who are seeking to explore “Next Steps” for themselves. In this four-session workshop facilitated by Debbie Ward you’ll assess your current health, housing, finances, legal documents, social network, and meaningful contributions.
