Debbie Ward will be starting another NEXT STEPS WORKSHOP in October, dates to be arranged. This 4-session workshop will help you identify areas of your life you would like to get in better shape. The areas of focus will be Plan B for Housing, Health Care, Financial Management, Legal Documents, Social Network and Meaningful Contributions. There is no fee to participate. See the attached flyer, and, if you are interested, get in touch with Debbie directly: debbieward222@gmail.com
I’m still looking for storytellers for our popular Storytelling Program that begins on Thursday, October 15 at 4 pm. I can help you shape your story. The theme is “what happened to me after I finished school?” Construe that theme as broadly as you wish (I’m thinking of telling the story of what happened after I was kicked out of Antioch for a year). Stories outside of the theme are also very welcome.

An invitation from Anne Focke: to a book launch for Peaceful Exit by Sarah Cavanaugh. Sarah is a Seattleite and a good friend of mine, who also has a podcast of the same name (see attached for details).
Patti Gorman shared an article on how to spend more and better time cultivating friendships and “close your social rings” (see attached).
