65 or so members have signed up for our September 18 Anniversary Party. I’ve attached an invitation that’s been sent to some of our donors. It’s definitely not too late to sign up! Just email me if you’d like to RSVP.
Some of you have heard about the arson fire in the house next door to Barbara Oswald’s. Barbara’s chicken coop was fried, but, thankfully, not her chickens. However, one of the hens “came out” the next day as a rooster (which means he needs to be re-homed since they’re not allowed in the city of Seattle). Attached is a photo of the handsome guy: he is a French heritage breed known as Houdan.
