Join the Arboretum Walk, led by Richard Zerbe, Sunday, July 12. Meet at 9 am at the Arboretum’s Graham Visitors Center.
We’ve got a 7-person “Death Café” group going and it’s good. If others of you want to be in a group that meets monthly to talks about various aspects of death, please let me know.
We’re putting together fall small groups to interview each other about our passions and skills (part of Asset Mapping). If you’d like to host a group of 8 at your home, let me know. Call me with questions.

Good article with a common-sense approach to stress reduction. Attached.
Shared by Joni Greathouse…this poem by Irish poet and philosopher John O’Donohue (thought by some, at least, to be unfinished—O’Donohue died a bit young):

Like a river flows,
Carried by the surprise
Of its own unfolding.
