Joan Bergman appreciates Folio: FOLIO-The Seattle Athenaeum is a gem of a spot I've reconnected with on the third floor of the Pike Market Atrium Building. It's a membership library and cultural center with views of Elliott Bay and the ferries as I engross myself in books and magazines and leave the world at the door and sip tea. My annual membership level is "pay what you can", but anyone is free to stop in and cozy up with a book or attend a concert. www.folioseattle.org
